About the Roles

Join a reputable skin care and cosmetics manufacturer as an HR cum Admin Assistant based in Ang Mo Kio (North). This is a permanent, full-time position with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm). The role offers a salary of up to SGD 2,600, along with AWS and a variable bonus. What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are accurately relayed to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including typing, printing, filing, mailing, and courier coordination.
  • Oversee renewal and follow-up of insurance policies, infrastructure permits, and certifications.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding renewals, purchases, maintenance, and asset-related inquiries.
  • Create purchase orders (PO) using the SAP system.
  • Support HR functions such as tracking staff attendance, maintaining leave records, and updating employee information.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including preparation of application forms and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate company events, employee welfare activities, and provide support for ISO and GMP compliance.
  • Help with maintaining HR and ISO documentation, guidelines, and policies.
  • Prepare for new employee onboarding, including orientation arrangements and system access setup.
  • Handle courier packing and shipment arrangements as required.
  • Record and prepare minutes for departmental and ISO meetings.
  • Schedule and track employee training sessions and external courses.
  • Manage arrangements for annual health check-ups and other employment-related matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the HR Department.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum ITE qualification or relevant HR certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with Infotech system will be an advantage.
  • Able to multitask effectively, work independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
