Singapore EVO OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support to end users: receive, prioritize, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate when needed to meet SLAs
  • Perform imaging / re-imaging, and maintain asset inventories
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors or resolver groups for technical escalations
  • Maintain and update incident records
  • Create and update work instructions, standards, and procedures

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
  • At least one of the following (or equivalent):

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Security+

CompTIA Network+

Microsoft Certified: Windows Client

Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops
- Experience in IT helpdesk operations, remote support via telephone or remote tools is a plus
- Good working knowledge in support of workstations and related components
- Good coordination and time management skills; ability to prioritize under urgency
- Ability to work well with teammates and escalate / coordinate with managers transparently
