Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
  • Set up tools and fixtures for CNC machining operations
  • Operate and run CNC programs in Mazatrol and G-code languages for both turning and milling
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers, verniers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Ensure proper machine settings to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Work with stainless steel and other corrosion- and temperature-resistant materials (e.g., titanium)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with workplace safety requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve issues

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma (or equivalent) in CNC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience operating CNC machines is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Mazatrol, G-code programming, and Fanuc machines will be an advantage
  • Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
