Outdoor Sales Consultant – Curtains & Blinds

  • Must be Singapore Citizen or Malaysian Singapore Permanent Resident

We help homeowners and interior designers bring their vision to life through elegant, functional window dressings. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and personable Retail Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in on-site, walk-in and appointment-based customers at our showroom with selecting curtains, blinds, and fabric options
  • Must be able to drive a car in Singapore
  • Provide expert advice on fabric choices, styles, and product features
  • Provide expert advise on-site to customer on curtains and blinds
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and consultation (must have experience)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly overall sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements

  • 5 working days per week (Tuesday to Saturday)
  • Prior retail or sales experience (must be curtains & blinds)
  • A keen eye for design and color coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of curtains/blinds installation
  • Responsible, well-organized, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable working on weekends (with weekday off-in-lieu)
