Job Summary:

  • Working schedule: 5-day work week, with the requirement to work on both weekends. Flexible working arrangement during weekdays (Negotiable)
  • Employment type: 6-month contract (renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Take photos and videos at respective events
  • Create content, developing video scripts, storyboarding and producing videos for various purposes

Campaign Management

  • Provide ideas towards planning and delivering communications

Strategic Planning

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies that leverage video as a primary medium to share the company's vision and mission effectively

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Utilising video to simplify complex information for various stakeholders.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual communications plan
  • Identify stories for publicity through various channels.
  • Curate and maintain an archive of community stories, photographs and videos
  • Grow the company's social presence. management of the digital assets.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar and produce relevant content such as social media posts, videos, and infographics
  • Develop marketing communication materials (banners, posters, digital display panels)

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in communications with keen interest or experience in communications, including photography, videography, social media

  • At least two years of relevant communications experience

  • Keen interest in current affairs, national policies and keeps updated about news in the community.

  • Social media user. Enjoy social networking
