What You'll Do

As a Strategic Sales Executive, you will be a key player in expanding our enterprise sales footprint across the APAC region. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives focused on complex solution selling to enterprise accounts. This is a business-critical role where you will build and cultivate long-term partnerships with our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives through Provenir's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the APAC region, with a primary focus on enterprise clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite and senior executives) at target accounts.
  • Employ a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand complex client needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
  • Orchestrate and lead the sales process for complex deals, including solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Drive the adoption of Provenir's platform by articulating its value proposition, differentiation, and ROI to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and expand relationships within existing enterprise accounts to identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to sales leadership, highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and progress against targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling complex SaaS solutions to large organisations in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution selling methodologies and a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, risk management, and decisioning processes is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-level) and navigate complex organisational structures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to develop compelling value propositions and ROI analyses.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the APAC region.
