Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Services Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships in the IT services industry.
You will be able to work with a rapidly growing global IT services company covering the Americas region. You will be working with some of the region's leading brands and seek to develop relationships with new customers. The services you will sell include Software/Web Development, IT Management Services, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and AI.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT services industry
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and proposals that meet client needs and requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed of industry trends and establish new relationships
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage the marketing team and lead the marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Proven track record of successfully selling IT services solutions to enterprise clients
- Must have experience in leading marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of IT services industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
