Job Description:

The Engineer, Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational improvements and supporting strategic program execution within the Program Management department. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. The engineer collaborates with multifunctional teams to implement data-driven solutions, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By leveraging digital tools and automation, the role aims to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support the organization's commitment to operational excellence.

  • Data Analysis and Operational Insight

  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support benchmarking and best practice sharing across OSAT partners.

  • Strategic Program Execution

  • Support strategic program execution by preparing dashboards, project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.

  • Process Improvement and Automation

  • Assist in the development and deployment of digital tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for operational issues.

  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead operational improvement programs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to address performance gaps and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-centric problem-solving.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirement:


• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering.


• years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or data analysis (fresh graduate is welcomed to apply)


• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in JMP and/or Python is advantageous.
