Salary: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Wed - Sun 7am-3pm (Sat/Sun WFH)

Location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply issues
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction
  • Prepare and provide regular/ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status
  • Analyze supply chain performance and assist in root cause analysis for missed targets
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements
