We are a leading contact lens retail chain in Singapore looking for an Optometrist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for eye care, enjoy working in a customer-focused retail environment, and have expertise in contact lens fitting and consultations, we want to hear from you As a Contact Lens Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to contact lenses, offering personalized consultations and helping our customers make informed decisions about their eye care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and consultations on the selection, fitting, and care of contact lenses.
  • Conduct eye assessments and fittings to determine the most suitable contact lenses for customers.
  • Educate customers on proper contact lens care, hygiene, and wearing schedules.
  • Perform follow-up consultations to ensure customers are satisfied with their contact lenses and to address any concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer preferences, prescriptions, and contact lens orders.
  • Assist in sales and product promotions to meet store targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest contact lens products, technology, and industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Optometry, or relevant certification in contact lens fitting . (pre-reg optoms are welcomed)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent product knowledge in contact lenses and eye care.
  • Comfortable using optical equipment and technology for lens fitting and assessments.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, retail environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
