Requirements for this role:

- Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,800 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes.
- Support team members and ensure smooth communication during service.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5 years as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
