Requirements for this role:

• Flexible hours available
• Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients when required.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes.
• Support team members and ensure smooth communication during service.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5 years as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
