Company Description
We are The Music Scientist, an enrichment school that combines Music and Science based on MOE and ABRSM syllabi, as well the education philosophies of famous music educators like Orff, Jaques-Dalcroze and Kodaly. We use music and movement activities as well as crafts and games to make science learning memorable and engaging.
Job Scope
1. Approve and schedule makeup classes and arrange trials via the student management system.
Attend to customer enquiries via whatsapp messaging and phone calls
Marking of students' attendance
Issue of invoices and receipts via the student management system
Scheduling of trial and makeup classes via the student management system
Light housekeeping of the center
Assisting Lead Teacher in classes
Preparation of learning materials/resources for lesson purpose
Stock check and packing of enrolment kit.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer oriented. Should have a jovial character.
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Familiar with basic microsoft office (Word, Excel and PPT)
Working Hours
Saturday & Sunday (8.45am to 5.45pm)
