The Opportunity:

  • Join our client and be part of a team that moves people, goods, and businesses worldwide. Handle cargo, assist with inventory, operate equipment, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment all while gaining hands-on experience in a global logistics leader.

The Job:

  • Prepare and organize delivery documentation for the handover of import shipments.
  • Submit CMD documentation for import customs clearance in a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor all inbound shipments to ensure timely arrivals and identify potential delays.
  • Liaise with the customs clearance team to facilitate and expedite the cargo release process.
  • Assist with physical inspection and survey of cargo to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The Talent:

  • Minimum 2 years freight forwarding experience.
  • Sat, Sun, PH working under OT allowance - Must be on Standby
  • Driver license (to drive to the terminal to pickup documents or cargo) - Class 3 License
