1. Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading goods for delivery
  • Deliver items safely and punctually to customers
  • Support receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock
  • Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

  • Training provided, all are welcome to apply.
  • Able to carry heavy boxes weighing up to 25kg and comfortable with prolonged standing.

2. Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle loading, unloading, picking, packing, labeling, and verification of goods.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties and support daily warehouse operations as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possessing a valid forklift license will be an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with warehouse experience will have an added advantage.

3. Warehouse Admin Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Count, verify, and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse.
  • Perform data entry and maintain inventory databases.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track stock movements.
  • Support administrative tasks, documentation, and stock reconciliation activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; diploma in logistics or business is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
