Production Technician

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Rapiscan Systems Pte Ltd on a 9 months contract basis only. This is a project-based role and not renewable. This role will be based in the North Region of SG and will involve hands-on work in assembly and process operations within the manufacturing industry.
What you'll be doing
- Assemble and test electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical components and systems
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot any issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
What we're looking for
- Relevant technical diploma or certificate in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an assembly or process-oriented role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and tools
- Must have SG Forklift License
