Key Responsibilities
A Front Desk Operations
o Welcome and register patients, ensuring accurate data entry into the clinic's system.
o Handle appointment scheduling and manage clinic calendars effectively.
o Provide information about the clinic's services and address patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
B Patient Care
o Assist patients during their visit, including guiding them to consultation rooms and offering any necessary support.
o Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining a compassionate and service-oriented approach.
C Administrative Duties
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
o Process payments, insurance claims, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) transactions.
o Monitor and order clinic supplies and inventory as needed.
o Other assigned administrative duties such as coordinating manpower scheduling
D Clinical Support
o Assist doctors during minor procedures or examinations when required.
o Prepare and clean consultation rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked and sanitized.
o Manage and maintain medical equipment following clinic protocols.
E Compliance and Safety
o Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including the clinic's hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
o Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately, following clinic procedures.
