About the role

We are seeking Service/Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Marshal Systems Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in Jurong West, Pioneer Sector, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our cutting-edge electrical and electronic engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for our customers' electrical and electronic systems
  2. Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing
  3. Analysing system data and diagnosing issues to recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions
  4. Collaborating with our sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and providing regular progress reports
  6. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of new solutions (safety regulations)

What we're looking for

  1. Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar service/commissioning role (relating to fire & gas detection, software programming PLC, SCADA, etc)
  3. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers (customer centric) and cross-functional teams
  5. Short-term travelling onshore/offshore required
