Job Summary
  1. Responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, and hygiene of the Club's changing rooms, restrooms, and assigned areas. Ensure the highest housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in compliance with the Department's SOPs and policies.
  2. Support the Club's development and transformation journey by adapting to operational changes and improvements.
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and processes to enhance the overall experience for members, guests, and the public.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned changing rooms, restrooms, and other club facilities.
  • Issue towels and locker keys to members and provide assistance to members/guests when required.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning detergents, and bathroom items.
  • Clean and maintain lockers.
  • Report maintenance defects to ensure timely resolution of faults and breakdowns.
  • Immediately report any loss or damage to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain the pristine condition of restrooms, toiletries, equipment, and club facilities.
  • Comply with all cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards and requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
  • Support additional tasks and job rotations as required.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum secondary education and able to understand English.
  • Physically fit and service-oriented.
  • Able to communicate confidently and possess a friendly personality.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Transport will be provided.
