Job Responsibilities:

Executive will report to the Head of Marcom and will be given opportunity to work together with the rest of the team to contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns for all brands and ensure it aligns with the company's brand identity. Areas include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Digital Marketing:

  2. Produce written, visual, and multimedia content for different channels.

  3. Liaising and managing media agency or influencers for content generation, engagement and planning.

  4. Manage digital campaigns, optimize content for online platforms, and increase brand visibility.

  5. Content Strategy:

  6. Develop and implement strategies for content creation, curation, and distribution.

  7. Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts to ensure consistent online presence.

  8. Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities for engagement.

  9. Audience Engagement:

  10. Create content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

  11. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

  12. Campaign Execution:

  13. Coordinate content efforts as part of larger marketing campaigns.

  14. Work closely with the Brand & Marketing executives and creative team to develop ad creatives and social media assets.

  15. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals.

  16. Platform Management:

  17. Oversee and manage content on various digital platforms, including social media.

  18. Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks.

  19. Monitor and adjust campaign performance to meet key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR).

  20. Allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective results and maximum campaign impact.

  21. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  22. Brand Storytelling:

  23. Contribute to the company's overall brand narrative and storytelling efforts.

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Content Editing – Proficiency in tools like Canva or CapCut.

  • Social Media Management – Knowing how to schedule, post, and optimize across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Design Sense – Understanding aesthetics, layouts, and branding.

  • Photography & Videography – Capturing quality visuals to support your content.

  • Copywriting – Writing compelling, concise, and persuasive captions, blogs, or scripts.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experiences (F&B or Retail) in Brand Management
  • Preferably specializing in Marketing / B2C Marketing or equivalent.
  • Passionate of being a content creator with skills in photography, videography, copywriting as well as content editing.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and/or customers).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners.
