  • 5 Days (Mon – Fri)
  • Location: Jurong Area
  • Transport Provided: From Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Johor Bahru

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders in the internal accounting system.
  • Support the Business Development team with customer inquiries, liaising with suppliers and performing follow-ups
  • Follow up and track various metrics related to sales and projects.
  • Support the finance team with information needed for invoicing matters.
  • Track project licenses and maintenance dates, reminding customers in advance of renewals.
  • Maintain and optimize the sales team's processes, including CRM contact records, knowledge base, and document repository.

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Business
