About the Job

  1. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials in the inventory system.
  2. Monitor stock levels and update records on a regular basis.
  3. Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, price negotiation, and issuing purchase orders.
  4. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  5. Verify and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation and filing of inventory and procurement records.
  7. Collaborate with operations and plant teams to forecast material requirements.
  8. Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods/items to designated locations or countries.
  9. Conduct cycle counts and stocktaking activities to ensure monthly inventory accuracy.
  10. Record stock movements, generate, and analyze monthly inventory reports/closings.
  11. Oversee scheduling, recordkeeping, and inventory control for spare parts.

Requirements

  1. GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  4. Independent, resourceful, and proactive in decision-making.
  5. Positive attitude, results-driven, and eager to learn.
