We are a boutique tea house dedicated to promoting the art and culture of traditional Chinese tea in Singapore. Rooted in centuries-old heritage, we aim to offer our customers not just a beverage, but a full tea appreciation experience—through ceremony, storytelling, and sensory engagement.

If you are a local resident with a strong interest in Chinese tea and culture, we warmly welcome you to join us. Selected team members may have opportunities to travel to China for training and cultural exchange as part of their professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and promote our signature tea products to customers
  • Deliver high-quality tea ceremony and aromatic tea service experiences
  • Maintain and manage tea ware, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage
  • Assist in inventory tracking and monthly reporting
  • For Manager Role: Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the tea artist team to meet business goals

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply
  • A passion for traditional tea culture and tea arts
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service roles preferred
  • Familiarity with various types of tea and tea brewing techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team

  • Evening Shift (Daily): 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Part-Time (Midday):

  • Mon–Fri: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Part-Time (Evening):

  • Daily: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
