Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tea Art Specialist to introduce and promote our signature tea products to customers, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high-quality tea ceremony and aromatic tea service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and experience
  • Promote signature tea products to customers, highlighting unique qualities and benefits
  • Maintain and manage tea ware, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage for a seamless customer experience
  • Assist in inventory tracking and monthly reporting to ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the tea artist team with expertise and vision

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for traditional tea culture and artistry
  • Previous experience in retail, food and beverage, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Familiarity with various types of tea and brewing techniques is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are crucial
  • Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team
