Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement & Admin Executive to support our purchasing operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing and purchasing food items, and kitchen supplies according to company requirements.

· Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines from multiple suppliers.

· Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.

· Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

· Assist in vendor evaluation and feedback process.

· Support cost control initiatives and suggest cost-saving alternatives when possible.

· Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate stock records.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procurement policies.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

· Experience of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B industry is required.

· Experience using REVEL POS system will be preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.

· Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation

· Good negotiation and communication skills

· Meticulous and detail-oriented

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Positive working attitude and a team player
