About the role

LA Engineering Pte Ltd is looking for Assistant Project Coordinator/Engineer to join our team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the management and delivery of our diverse construction/electrical projects. As an Assistant Project Coordinator/Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and senior engineers to ensure the efficient and successful completion of all assigned tasks and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and senior engineers in the coordination and execution of construction projects.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assisting with the procurement of materials, managing resources, and tracking project costs.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Support the implementation of quality control and safety procedures on-sites.
  • Collaborate with the broader project team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Qualification and Requirement

  • Candidates holding a Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and demonstrating a foundation in essential engineering principles.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members alike.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
