Job responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting jewelry and lifestyle products
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
  • Share feedback on customer preferences and trends
  • Represent the brand during events and roadshows
  • Perform any other duties assigned by store management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred
  • Strong communication skills with clients and teams
  • Passionate about people, luxury, and fashion
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
