About Our Opportunity:

As a trusted professional in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate banking, custody, and accounting administration for complex Wealth Management clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own coordination of banking, custody, and accounting administration for complex Wealth Management clients
  • Anticipate and identify client needs and handle client inquiry resolution
  • Act as key subject matter expert for Custody, Banking, and Accounting products and serve as an escalation point and mentor to other employees
  • Independently coordinate daily execution of client requests, communicating progress status with clients, vendors, and internal service teams regularly
  • Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
  • Directly set up various types of client accounts and services
  • Keep abreast of all new products and services to respond to client inquiries
  • Lead initiatives within GFO APAC to improve processes, implement cross-regional operating models, and reduce risk
  • Work with bankers, relationship managers, and account managers to support daily client banking needs; supporting all banking products and services
  • Act as banking subject matter expert
  • Process daily transactions as required by the client including, but not limited to, communication of complex loan pricing, loan borrowings, loan payments, and requests for funds under established lines of credit
  • Independently create and implement complex banking structures, including treasury management services
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients
  • Directly set up various types of client accounts and services
  • Keep abreast of all new products/services to respond to client inquiries and assist in selling services
  • Be well-versed in compliance requirements for new accounts/relationships and monitor compliance reports for adherence to policy and procedures
  • Interact with partners in various operating areas to ensure accurate processing, resolve issues, and research client inquiries

Custody Support:

  • Manage client account administration which may include a focus on complex asset servicing, trust administration, banking, investment manager or consultant activities
  • Act as asset servicing subject matter expert
  • Independently coordinate daily execution of client requests, communicating progress status with clients, vendors, and internal service teams regularly
  • Work with relationship managers to ensure appropriate and necessary documentation is received and maintained
  • Anticipate and identify clients' needs related to service requests and integrate knowledge of organization to meet/exceed these needs
  • Work with relationship managers in developing/identifying additional business, preparing for client meetings, and coordinating the service team
  • Ensure accurate set up and review of fees

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to monitor consistent flow of requests in a daily deadline, time-critical environment

Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when managing demanding client expectations and navigating complex situations, maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approachCritical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are needed to identify and resolve client inquiriesExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required4-8 or more years' relevant experience with Institutional clients across custody and banking operations experience is requiredExpertise in post-trade processes and connectivity spanning multiple asset classes, with exposure to Alternative and Private investmentsClient servicing background and proven work record
