We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team member to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensure that customers have great dining experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests with a smile
  • Assists with customer enquiries promptly i.e ordering of drinks
  • Prepare mise en place and drinks for service
  • Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges
  • Ensure that the outlet is neat and tidy at all times
  • Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
  • Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
  • Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
  • Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
  • Knowledge on menu especially on potential food allergens

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses customer oriented service
  • Great team player
  • Excellent communication skills and able to engage with guests
  • Valid food hygiene certificate is mandatory
