Workday Prism Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data pipelines, transformations, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Prism reports and dashboards.
  • Optimize and manage data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes within Workday Prism.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Workday Prism and external data sources.
  • Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Workday Prism analytics.
  • Assist in Workday security setup for Prism data access and governance.
  • Provide training and support to business users on Workday Prism functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Workday Prism enhancements, releases, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics implementation, development, and support.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, and Workday Reporting.
  • Expertise in data transformation, data modeling, and ETL processes within Workday Prism.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Experience integrating external data sources into Workday Prism.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Workday Prism Analytics Certification
  • Experience with Workday Finance, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Workday Extend.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Experience working in HR, Finance, or Payroll reporting environments.
