Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events
  • Support event setup, on-site operations, and logistics
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Help with proposals, quotations, and event timelines
  • Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across departments

We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • Passionate about events, creative, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to think on your feet
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with hands-on work during setup and tear-down
  • Able to work on weekends or extended hours during event periods
  • Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player

(Experience in events or related industries is a bonus, but not required)
