**Strategic Risk Management Consultant (Resilience)**
**What can you expect?**
Marsh Advisory provides practical risk-based solutions to our clients and deliver services that add value through the effective and efficient management of risks. The particular focus for the role will be towards Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Emergency Response, IT Disaster Recovery and Supply Chain Risk Management.
- The scope of the projects and services are likely to involve:
- Delivering consulting services and advice to clients; which will include the following work scope:
- Develop and implement business continuity, crisis management, crisis communications, emergency/incident response plans
- Resilience and business continuity testing, exercising and scenario simulations
- Establishing, updating and improving BCM programs
- Supply-chain risk assessment - providing advice to clients on supply chain exposures, risk mitigation solutions through best practice solutions
- Collaborate with our business development team and account client executives to integrate Strategic Risk Consulting solutions into insurance broking and risk transfer solutions
**We will count on you to**:
The role will involve both working in project teams on larger assignments as well as working independently on smaller client engagements.
- Prepare materials and slide decks which will be presented to prospects and existing clients for business development
- Write draft project proposals, scopes of work and develop project plans
- Assist with the delivery of consulting projects as part of a team to clients - from numerous industry sectors and countries in Asia
- Coordinate, monitor, track and report progress of projects - including coordinating activities with both internal and external resources
- Maintain and update project documentation - including preparing and collating documents for BCM implementation, drafting minutes of meeting and project status reports
- Research materials and information to keep up to date with industry developments and good practices; including maintaining expertise on new or changing standards and regulations
- Prepare and maintain a set of marketing communication materials and collaterals for the practice
**What you need to have**:
- A Degree in business, accountancy, insurance, economics, engineering or other relevant field
years of professional experience in risk consulting
- Strong core consulting skillset e.g. analysis, risk implementation planning and delivery, written and verbal communication, project management
- Aptitude to positively influence stakeholders at a senior levels, both with clients and at Marsh
- Ability to travel regionally for client project work and business development

- Experience working for a professional services firm like Big 4, strategy consultancy or risk and insurance consultancy
- Professional credentials for business continuity, risk management, etc
- Graduate degree such as an MBA or Master's degree in another relevant academic field
- Experience integrating technology solutions into resilience frameworks
- Experience working with clients in multiple industries and working in other Asian nations
- Fluency or working proficiency in Asian languages
