Patients Service Associate/ Clinic Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection.
  • Respond to patient calls and provide assistance as needed.
  • Help with the preparation of consultation documents and provide support to medical staff.
  • Maintain records and provide general office assistance as required.
  • Pack and label medications, if required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility, including equipment and surroundings.
  • Support healthcare staff by ensuring patient/resident comfort and safety.
  • Follow SOPs and assist in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/ O Level qualification
  • Prior clinic/ healthcare/ customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
