**Marketing Administration Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of channel marketing activities, including contracts, agreements, and partner documentation.
- **Coordination and Logistics**:Assist in the coordination of channel marketing events, meetings, and trainings, including scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and catering.
- **Communication Support**:Support the dissemination of marketing communications and materials to channel partners, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:Assist in data entry and maintenance of marketing databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- **Financial Administration**:Assist with budget tracking for channel marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Vendor Management**:Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of marketing materials and services, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- **General Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the channel marketing manager
**Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in marketing or channel marketing/management.
