As part of their ongoing growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Regional Financial Controller / Finance Director to join their dynamic leadership team.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, supporting multiple businesses within the Group. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting, accounting, and controllership functions across the region
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead initiatives in process automation, finance transformation, and system implementation to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with operational teams, including procurement, supply chain, and logistics, to identify and implement process improvements
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the finance teams
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- Minimum 12 years' experience covering the full spectrum of finance and accounting, with a focus on controllership
- Experience in complex or matrixed organizations; exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, engineering, and oil & gas is advantageous
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels when required
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and C-suite executives
