We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Principal to lead our team in creating a joyful and supportive environment for children, families, and staff.

Your Role:

  • Lead and guide a team of passionate educators to deliver quality care and education in alignment with our Centre's values and ECDA guidelines.
  • Oversee the Centre's daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for every child.
  • Develop engaging programmes that support children's holistic development — socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, families, and the wider community.
  • Manage administrative and operational matters with integrity and care.

You Should Have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership).
  • ECDA-certified L2/L3 with Principal approval preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or management roles.
  • A heart for service, strong leadership, and good communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
