**Key Responsibilities**
- Work independently and complete work assignments within set deadlines.
- Manage and oversee civil and structural engineering projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in BIM and CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Be willing to learn and explore new skills as assigned by the company.

- Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or relevant field. Other Built Environment Diplomas or equivalent qualifications will also be considered.
- Accreditation with Singapore IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) preferred.
- At least one (1) year's working experience in the Built Environment or Heritage Built Environment.
- Experience in restoration, civil & structural engineering or project management is advantageous.
- Skills in Microsoft Office suite and CAD software (BIM and point cloud processing capability preferred).
- Flexibility to rotate between office and on-site work; willingness to travel and work overseas.
