About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operation Clerk to join our team at Jiaxing Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the Tampines West East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of general office duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare quotations, place machine order to supplies
- Providing administrative support to the management team as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative or operations assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
