 The Role – What You'll Be Doing:


• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly farewell – you're the first and last impression

• Support venue safety by enforcing Conditions of Entry and Emergency Procedures.

• Engage with patrons throughout the event to elevate their experience.

• Troubleshoot guest concerns and provide timely solutions.

• Escort guests to their suites or designated areas.

• Work closely with the catering team to ensure smooth service.

• Conduct pre-event suite inspections for cleanliness, facility functionality, and WiFi connectivity.

• Be the go-to person for guest queries and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

 What We're Looking For:


• Energetic, sociable, and proactive individuals who love engaging with people.

• Ex-cabin crew experience is a plus – your hospitality skills will shine

• Tech-savvy enough to check WiFi and basic suite amenities.

• Able to stand and move around during event hours.

• Comfortable navigating large venues and guiding guests.

• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Punctual and reliable – we count on you

 Location: Stadium near Kallang (nearest MRT: Stadium)

 Salary: $18/hour

 Work Schedule: 4:30pm – 11:00pm
