We are seeking a Proactive and Organised individual to support the smooth delivery of Health Promotion Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Coordination & Operations

  • Work closely with clinical teams and stakeholders to plan and manage programme schedules, venues, logistics, and overall flow.
  • Facilitate programme sessions (physical/virtual), including participant engagement, goal setting, and lifestyle change support.
  • Manage communications (e.g., WhatsApp groups) to maintain participant engagement.

Participant Engagement & Recruitment

  • Provide information to participants and confirm their participation.
  • Follow through on recruitment of eligible patients into targeted programmes.

Data & Reporting

  • Manage and update confidential patient data.
  • Collate and analyse programme data for reporting purposes.

Administrative & Procurement Support

  • Coordinate meetings and liaise with departments on programme matters.
  • Handle procurement processes, including quotations, purchase requisitions, payments, and refunds.
  • Manage tele/email communications and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Health Service Management / Health Promotion or equivalent
  • Comfortable to work outside of office hours for Events
