Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 with allowance , Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical engineering works for new large-scale development and infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, design review, execution, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and tender documents; provide technical input and solutions where necessary.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare technical submissions, project reports, and relevant documentation for client and regulatory approval.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering guidance to the project team.
  • Support management in tender preparation, project planning, and business development activities when required.
  • Handle other duties related to project execution as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction / M&E industry.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary systems or large-scale building services.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design, installation, and commissioning processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and large-scale mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in Singapore.
  • Able to lead a team, manage contractors, and coordinate effectively across disciplines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
