Your role

As a Sales Associate in our retail store, you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and lens prescription. You'll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear accordingly. In addition, you will act as an ambassador for the Company ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism

Build a strong and returning customer base and rapport

Assist customers in choosing suitable sunglasses and frames

Assist to open and close the store according to established guidelines

Attend product trainings whenever necessary

Perform core administrative functions

Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Passionate, friendly and cheerful disposition

Proactive, responsible, team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

Build lasting relationship with customers

Communicative and knowledgeable

Organised and detail-oriented

Highly adaptable and independent

Able to rotate around different retail store location

Able to commit retail hours

Able to communicate and speaks fluent English
