Workday Manager - Procure-to-Pay Lead

About the role:

As a Track Lead, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your track. You will be playing an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members

• Be a solution architect in your area, consolidating multiple solutions within your track lead and managing the touch points such as Accounting Entries etc.,

• Establishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationships, maintain high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service

• Track lead for small to large client project delivery from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects utilizing Strada quality standards and consulting methodology.

• Manages self and team member(s) work to project scope, timeline, risk and budget.  Coordinates with others such as Project Management or Track Lead when applicable.

• Keeping up to date with latest thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.

About you

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience of deploying Workday solutions in your designated area.

• Understand the implication of design including but not limited to impact on other touch-point areas.

• Knowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements

• Advanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business-as-usual Finance function

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Good presentation and facilitation skills

• Experience of confidently managing stakeholders

• A team-oriented approach, with a primary focus on "we", not "me"

• Self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths

• A natural tendency towards personal accountability and acting with integrity

• Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional expertise.
