VP/AVP Specialist, Liquidity Funding Management

The Liquidity Funding Management Specialist is responsible for managing the funding and liquidity of the Bank.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure liquidity position is managed within set parameters and appetite.
- Manage funding of nostro and foreign exchange positions.
- Execute intragroup transactions.
- Provide oversight over assigned DBS locations.
- Manage and lead projects as assigned relating to liquidity management
- Manage the Bank's liquidity position within all regulatory and internally prescribed limits and metrics.
- Optimise cash flow management with internal / external counterparties to ensure efficient use of the Bank's liquidity across all traded currencies.
- Manage FX as required (MM / Swap) with internal / external counterparties.
- Execute intragroup (MM / Repo) with overseas DBS branches / subsidiaries.
- Support and guide overseas locations on LM matters.
- Manage and lead project; from project ideation to collaboration with stakeholders (external and / or internal)
- Treasury experience
- ALM and liquidity management experience
- Regulatory knowledge, with a focus on liquidity
- Statistical and data modelling / analytics ability
- Demonstrate excellent business communication skills, including writing, presenting, and influencing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
