Job scope :

1、Job Overall planning of ship technical management, coordinating and resolving technical issues during ship operations.

2、Guiding the preparation of ship cost budgets, as well as implementing budget control and monitoring.

3、Taking full responsibility for the technical management of ship equipment, following up and supervising the implementation of equipment maintenance plans.

4、Supervising the procurement and supply of relevant materials and spare parts to the ship,as well as the assessment and training of crew members.

5、Planning, preparing, and supervising daily ship maintenance and dry-docking work.

6、Effectively implementing the company's safety management system, participating in the formulation of new or revised procedures,and promoting and supporting continuous improvement.

7、Completing other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirement :

1、College degree or above, majoring in Marine Engineering Management or related fields.

2、With more than five years of experience as a Technical Supervisor for oil & chemical tankers; priority given to those with shore-based technical management experience.

3、Proficient in the working principles, structures, and maintenance technologies of shipmarine equipment.

4、Familiar with the company's safety quality management system, capable of effectively applying system requirements to ensure safe ship operations.

5、Good written and verbal communication skills

6、Strong leadership and coordination abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and good stress resistance.

  1. Holding a valid Marine Engineer Officer Certificate and relevant ship technical management qualification certificates, and able to traveling regularly as required by ship operations and maintenance.
