About the Role

Join the research laboratory division as a Temporary Project Coordinator, supporting research operations and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects. This role offers valuable experience in a healthcare research environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage procurement of laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment.
  • Support budget tracking and financial documentation for research projects.
  • Assist with general laboratory operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in science, healthcare, or related field).
  • Experience in a research or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations is an advantage.

Contract Details
  • Duration: 3 November 2025 – 31 March months)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)

Salary
  • $3,800/month (Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience)
