Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve beverages, sandwiches, and other items, ensuring quality, presentation, and ingredient preparation standards are met.

  • Take customer orders, handle cashier duties, process payments accurately, and actively promote products to support marketing efforts.

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering queries, building rapport, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and help enhance the brand image through professional service and representation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the tea bar, equipment, and customer-facing areas. Regularly restock supplies.

  • Experience with coffee machines or boba tea will be advantageous
