About the role

Avante Gym & Yoga Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Aerial Instructor to join our team. This part-time role is based in the Orchard Central Region and will be responsible for leading engaging and safe aerial yoga and acrobatic classes. As an Aerial Instructor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through specialised aerial instruction.

What you'll be doing

1. Deliver high-quality aerial yoga and acrobatic classes to clients of all skill levels
2. Develop and implement innovative class plans that challenge and inspire participants
3. Ensure the safety of clients by providing thorough instructions and monitoring technique
4. Maintain aerial equipment and studio space to the highest standards
5. Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall client experience
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve your aerial teaching skills

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a certified aerial yoga or acrobatics instructor
2. Strong knowledge of aerial techniques, safety protocols, and class sequencing
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and motivate clients
4. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
6. Current first aid and CPR certification
