About the Role

We're looking for a multidisciplinary powerhouse—someone who thrives at the intersection of design, production, and project management. You are equal parts visual merchandiser, 3D space planner, conceptual digital designer, and end-to-end project lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who's not only skilled in crafting compelling digital and physical experiences but also excels at managing the creative life cycle from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 3D space planning, plannogram development, and visual merchandising design to bring physical environments to life.
  • Drive conceptual ideation for digital-first campaigns and experiences, while also delivering adaptation work to a high standard.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Pencil Pro, Jellyfish to enhance design workflows and creative ideation.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery: from intake/briefing, creative development, and art direction, to asset placement and post-project evaluation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform and shape the consumer journey across digital and physical touch points.
  • Identify production efficiencies and implement streamlined processes to deliver impactful work on time and on budget.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between big-picture concepts and detailed production.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience across design, creative production, and project management—ideally in retail, digital marketing, or experiential design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D spatial design, digital content, and ideation work.
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, SketchUp/CAD software) and familiar with AI-powered creative tools in the Google ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, user journey mapping, and brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams from concept through execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead creative discussions and manage feedback loops.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in omnichannel retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Background in UX/UI or service design principles.
  • Previous work with AI-assisted creative tools and workflow automation.
