About the role

Tower Club is seeking experienced Fitness Trainers to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness and training services to our members at our fitness facility located in the heart of Raffles Place.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing personalised fitness training and coaching to members, tailoring programmes to individual goals and abilities
  • Conducting fitness assessments and consultations to develop effective exercise plans
  • Motivating and encouraging members to achieve their fitness objectives
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment in the fitness centre
  • Maintaining detailed records of member progress and training sessions
  • Adhering to all club policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Relevant fitness certifications, such as a Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent
  • Possess a valid CPR/AED and Standard First-Aid certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate members
  • A passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Mainly weekdays commitment, preferably during morning and afternoon off-peak. Sundays and Public Holidays off
