Position Overview

The Senior Business Transformation & Marketing Strategy Executive is responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence through a combination of strategic planning, marketing innovation, digitalisation, and financial analysis . This role serves as a key advisor to leadership , translating business insights into actionable strategies that strengthen brand positioning, improve internal efficiency, and support long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Transformation & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of internal workflows, market dynamics, and industry trends in Indonesia.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Establish clear organisational structures, SOPs, and accountability frameworks tailored to the Indonesian business environment.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, expansion, and market-entry considerations to management.

Marketing Strategy & Digitalisation

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that reflect local consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Strengthen digital presence through social media, OTAs, and Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement CRM systems adapted to local customer engagement styles.
  • Modernise brand identity while respecting cultural nuances and consumer expectations.
  • Optimise marketing spend across multiple channels with data-driven insights.

Financial Analysis & Pricing Strategy

  • Review financial performance, including revenue streams, occupancy/utilisation rates, and cost structures.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies benchmarked against market competitors.
  • Conduct break-even, CVP, and profit margin analyses to support investment and growth decisions.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and provide insights to guide strategic planning and expansion.

Operational Excellence & Monitoring

  • Monitor service quality and customer experience through direct feedback and online review platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of daily operations with long-term strategic goals.
  • Recommend corrective actions to improve service delivery, operational flow, and staff alignment.

Strategic Support

  • Support leadership in investment decisions for expansion projects and new ventures in Indonesia

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business transformation, marketing strategy, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven experience working in or with the Indonesian market, with strong cultural and business environment understanding.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian consumer behaviour, digital platforms, and competitor landscape in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in the understanding of financial analysis, pricing models, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to effectively liaise with Indonesian stakeholders
